Serve depts in emergence services helping them create/update/retire documentation.

Seemless and efficient process. Delivering a wonderful product at the end being the document.

Idea is to have a visually pleasing document, but also accurate addressing multiple audiences. Document used to do their work on a day to day basis. Others look at it from a risk/audit perspective. They have a template in which they will follow.

To fit things into the template, they ll need creativity & understanding how to structure it so it flows logically, without changing the process making it scannable for the audience. If a sales person is reading it may need be be able to scan it quickly. Different audiences .
