Must haves: Ability to handle high volume environment, Excellent written & verbal communication skills with attention to detail, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Internet Explorer).
Job Description – The Wealth ALM Remediation Agent will be responsible for successfully managing client inquiries via phone and/or email with the eventual goal of obtaining all appropriate documentation/responses from the clients with respect to the engagement letters
The roles require strong individuals who will focus on providing quality service while developing strong relationships with our partners and clients.
The individual will work within a team to achieve common goals and objectives, contributing to a positive team environment.
Provide accurate and timely information.
Proactively identify partner/client needs and communicate recommendations
Contribute positively to the project’s overall goals
Internal Practices & Processes
Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity
Multi-task with multiple applications
Adapt to fast paced environment/ under pressure / high volumes
Escalate non-standard or high risk transactions or other activities as appropriate
Ensure documentation prepared/completed is accurate and properly reflects client/business intentions and is consistent with relevant rules/regulations
Complete investigations – report/escalate risk issues identified or process gaps
Know and apply system capabilities to update database tool and track all activities assigned for the remediation task
Job requirements – Position requires an individual who possesses the following skills:
Proven verbal and written communications skills
Working knowledge of the Mortgage, RESL, Tax, Accounting an asset
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Post-Secondary education required (University degree an asset)
Commitment to client service excellence
Proficiency in ISM, SIT, CIF an asset
Proven ability and willingness to learn and manage complex idea/concepts
Proven attention to detail
Successful completion of the Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) and/or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) an asset
