The Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago is seeking a seasonal
Passion, Drive, and Enthusiasm.
This position reports to the Front Office Manager and the primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing a warm welcoming and departure experience, assisting guests with their luggage, providing a rooms orientation to familiarize guests with their accommodations, and other duties as assigned by management.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
At least one (1) year of customer service experience required.
Previous hotel experience preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Must be able to push/pull bell carts weighing up to 200 lbs for substantial distances from the elevator to the end of the hallway for guest rooms.
